The Phone Line Inc. has been an authorized dealer with Toshiba, one of the leading manufacturers of IP business telephones in the country, for over 30 years. Our relationship with Toshiba provides you the full benefits of the manufacturer's warranty, technical support, software and firmware upgrades, product recalls, and installation expertise.
Installation
Installation is completed with minimal, if any, interruption of service. The old system will remain in service until your Toshiba system is ready to be put into service. We allow up to 60 days for “fine tuning” of your new Toshiba system because we want it to work the way you want it to work. Our staff has many years of experience in voice and data telecommunications, which allows us to custom design systems for your specific needs.
Warranty
The Phone Line, Inc. warrants all equipment sold and installed by our employees will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years or more. The warranty covers all parts, material and labor.
Service Agreements
Our SERVICE AGREEMENT provides service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Phone Line, Inc. responds to major repair calls within two hours and minor repair calls within 24 hours. Our remote maintenance capability provides fast analysis and quick response to system troubles and software changes. Our technicians are on-call 24/7/365.
